Linda Weedon

Linda's creative dream was always to make art for herself and others.  After years travelling and working across Australia, she returned to Queensland and a lifestyle that realised this dream, expanding her art practices, techniques and subject matter each day.

Initially, Linda immersed herself in animal portraiture, tapping into an instinctual love of things alive and capturing their character. Presently, using various styles, subjects and mediums, Linda is forever inspired by perceptions of beauty, spirit and life, conveying this essence through artwork.

Linda relishes creative freedom, resisting typical artist pigeonholing, always allowing her practice and self to explore new ideas and mediums.
