Current Exhibition

Sea Through My Eyes - Dianne Martyn

‘Painting and drawing in mediums such as acrylic, watercolour, pastel, charcoal and ink, allow me to mentally live in the present moment. My designs for this exhibition are inspired by the beauty of birds and marine life, the perspectives of buildings and boats, and the constant movement of water. I like to view and add things into my works that make a person feel something, whilst at rest enhance our natural environment. My process involves layers of colour to create depth with my focus being shadow, light and growth. I challenge myself in every piece of art to evoke an emotion in you, my viewer.’ - Dianne Martyn.

In gallery from 6 to 31 July, 2026.
