Who painted that?

Here’s your invitation to contribute work to our Summer Exhibition - Who Painted That?

The Opening event will be held on Sunday 14 December 2025 from 6 pm-8pm and the exhibition will run 15 December 2025 to 9 January 2026.

 This is a light-hearted exhibition focused on offering art lovers a chance to purchase affordable works and test their ability to recognise artists’ work.  All exhibited works will be the same size and exhibited anonymously, identified only by a number. With no visible signature by the artist, buyers won’t know who painted their work when they purchase.

 Established artists, Emerging artists and Art students are welcome to submit a maximum of 2 works on 30x30 cm stretched canvas, framed or unframed, ready to hang, with D rings and wire. Any medium, any style, but the works must be unsigned. The curator will choose the works to be included.

 EOI will close Friday 28 November 2025. Works may be delivered to Fig Tree Galleries 31-35 Normanby Street, Yeppoon 4703, between 10am - 4 pm from Saturday 29 November and ALL works must be delivered by 4 pm on Friday 5 December. The curator may contact you to request information about your entries.

 A $5.50 hanging fee will apply to each work accepted to hang in the exhibition. Hanging fees will be paid via an online link available after all works have been considered by the curator. All works will be priced to sell at $100. 25% commission will apply to all sales.
